Natasha Townes Robinson, J.D. is a consultant with Murer Consultants, Inc. Ms. Townes Robinson received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, along with an Advocacy Certificate and Public Interest Award upon graduation. During law school, Ms. Townes Robinson served as an editor of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal and Public Interest Law Reporter. Ms. Townes Robinson also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science cum laude from The Ohio State University.
At Murer Consultants, Ms. Townes Robinson devotes a substantial amount of her practice in the areas of new hospital and unit development and operational management including regulatory review interface with all State and Federal regulatory agencies, documentation preparation and review and assessment of ongoing regulatory compliance. Ms. Townes Robinson also assists administrators and senior management in implementing and ensuring compliance with strategic quality initiatives and complex regulatory reimbursement issues. Areas of practice include work in both the short term and long term acute care venues, as well as in the post-acute care spectrum, with emphasis on skilled nursing, inpatient rehab and outpatient rehab.
Prior to joining Murer Consultants, Inc., Ms. Townes Robinson worked in Chicago for a Loop law firm focusing primarily on personal injury. While in law school Ms. Townes Robinson clerked for The Honorable Annalisa S. Williams in the Circuit Court of Summit County along with working for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of the General Counsel as a law clerk where she worked diligently to assist with health related matters and medical malpractice disputes.
